Data Processing Agreement

When Freedom Tour Company provides software that processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, that customer typically acts as the data controller and we act as a processor for those processing activities. GDPR Article 28 and similar laws expect a written DPA between controller and processor.

Business customers can request our current Data Processing Agreement by emailing info@freedomtours.com. Please include your legal entity name and the domain or account you use with us.

Information about third parties that help us operate the service appears in our Privacy Policy (for example payment processors and analytics providers).

This page describes how to obtain a DPA. It is not itself a signed contract.
